I've ALWAYS loved chocolate as long as I can remember. Yummy, decadent, creamy chocolate. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a business as people started to place orders. In the beginning I was self taught but as I progressed along, I felt professional courses would put the finishing touches on my products.
